RISE Parties – Terms & Conditions
Effective from 25.03.2015
1. Bookings & Payment
A party is considered confirmed once full payment has been received.
All bookings must be made via the official RISE Parties booking system or through direct communication with the RISE team.
Final guest numbers must be confirmed no later than 7 days prior to the event.
All add-ons such as photographers, videographers, professional performers, photo booths, and customised items must be confirmed at least 14 days prior to the event to ensure availability.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change. To ensure fairness and to cover costs already incurred in planning your event, the following refund policy applies:
More than 7 days' notice: Full refund available, minus any third-party booking fees.
Within 7 days of the party date: Unfortunately, no refund will be provided. This is due to staffing commitments, custom preparations, and limited capacity.
Non-attendance or no-show: No refund will be given.
This policy aligns with boutique and experience-based industry standards. For extenuating circumstances, a one-time reschedule may be offered at RISE’s discretion.
3. Rescheduling
Requests to reschedule are subject to availability and must be made at least 7 days in advance.
Rescheduling within 7 days of the event is not guaranteed and may incur additional fees.
4. Late Arrival
Parties will begin and end at the scheduled time.
We are unable to extend party time for late arrivals due to venue and staffing schedules.
5. Conduct & Supervision
RISE Parties creates a safe, inclusive environment for all children. Any inappropriate behaviour by children or attending adults may result in the party being paused or concluded early, at the discretion of the hosts.
While our hosts are trained in child safety, parents or guardians are expected to remain on-site and supervise guests unless otherwise agreed.
Guests are expected to behave respectfully and follow host instructions at all times.
6. Allergies & Medical Needs
It is the responsibility of the booking party to notify RISE of any allergies or medical conditions prior to the event.
While we take care with food handling and safety, RISE cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
7. Photography & Media
With parental/guardian consent, RISE may capture photos and video content during the party for marketing and promotional purposes.
If you do not wish for any images of your child to be used, please notify us in writing prior to the event.
8. Damage & Liability
Any damage caused to RISE property or equipment due to negligence or misuse may result in repair or replacement charges.
RISE is not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings.
9. Child Safety Commitment
RISE Parties is a Child Safe Organisation. All staff are trained in accordance with the Victorian Child Safe Standards.
Our staff are required to maintain appropriate boundaries and uphold the safety and dignity of all children in their care.
10. Force Majeure Clause
RISE Parties is not liable for cancellations or delays due to events beyond our control (e.g., power outages, illness, government restrictions, etc.). In such cases, we will do our best to reschedule your event or offer a credit.
11. Guest Behaviour Policy
All guests must behave respectfully and inclusively. Behaviour that is unsafe, disruptive, or discriminatory may result in the party being ended early without refund, at the discretion of RISE staff.
12. Add-On Confirmation Timeline
All premium add-ons, including photographers, videographers, professional performers, photo booths, and customised items must be finalised at least 14 days prior to the event.
